Duties and responsibilities include:
• Cross-sell and upsell BPI-Philam insurance to BPI Client.
• Establish, maintain and grow good relation with the bank partners in the branch, and prospective and existing clients of BPI.
• Provide excellent customer service and after sales service to client of BPI
• Prepare, submit and analyze sales reports on a regular basis
• Attend weekly meetings with bank partners and Bancassurance Area Manager for product updates and marketing campaigns.
• Help clients to plan for their short and long-term financial goals.
• Monitor the performance of the stocks market.
-Running and implementing SOP's maintaining high quality standard food preparation.
-maintaining restaurant revenue, profitability, managing store budget.
-Training, Coaching, Supervising and developing new team member.
-Verifies appropriate food safety, food handling and food storage procedure are followed.
-Conducting Food safety audit and basic hygiene audit in store process.
-Oversees purchasing for food, equipment and other necessary supplies foods and store needs.
-Handling administrative and paper works, keeping statistical and financial records.
-Provide solution for store problems
-Conducting monthly inventory and payroll repots
-Resolving problem and complaints.
-Provide outstanding customer service while delivering a quality product
-Reporting to Restaurant Manager with Regards to the sales of the store and needs, resolving problem complaint of customers.
-Managing people, supervising, coaching, training staff also doing weekly schedule of staff.
-Document controller of store and staff files soft and hard copy.
-Do sales call outside the store Preparing Marketing strategies
-Running the store every day checking all the items, ordering items, inventories
-Taking order to customer and presenting them as requested.
- Provide helpful answer to queries by the customers
- Helping the manager to do sales call outside the store.
-Hosting a Party when there is party in store like birthday who booked in restaurant.
-Arranging party reservation and booking.
