Unit Head (Handling Multiple Plants - South India) Dec’2015 to Till date
• Lead a team of 1000 people including Unionised workforce 470 Members and responsible for End to End Operations of the Units.
• Responsible for Top & Bottom line of the Multiple Plants.

• Lead a team of 400 including staff 65 members and responsible for End to End operations of the Unit including Sales

• Supervise production & maintenance of the unit adhering to HSE rules and state PCB requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement programs to enhance performance & productivity through increased volumes, control of manufacturing costs and energy consumption.

• Led a team of 84 including 4 managers and 8 engineers and managed production planning, production and despatch meeting all business objectives.
• Forecast workloads, assigned jobs, monitored performance and ensured completion within specified turnaround times.
• Coordinated an average daily despatch of 1000 units to meet customer requirements.
• Contributed to the implementation of TPM across the plant as the owner of the Kobetsu Kaizen pillar.

• Led a QA team of 32 including 17 engineers and managed all aspects of quality assurance/quality control.
• Spearheaded continuous improvement programs including Six Sigma Green Belt & Kaizen projects in the areas of on-time delivery, internal rejections, product development lead time and productivity.
• As the Management Representative implemented and maintained ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 9001 certifications.
• Ensured proper documentation of APQP, PPAP, PFD, PFMEA, control plans and operation standards.

• Led a team of 15 engineers and supervised a workforce of 247 in managing the operations of the plant.
• Managed production planning, production, maintenance, and quality to meet all quantity, cost and quality metrics.
• Planned and ensured optimum resource utilization and minimization of wastage.
• Was responsible for customer relations including management of customer audits.
• Managed industrial relations including negotiations with unions and settlement of employee grievances maintaining the cordial working environment.
