Utilizing Project Management software-ERP Oracle Fusion to create projects, budgets, contracts and Material Movement requests for Deliveries and involving in the entire process from start till the end of the project.
Create purchase requisition and Purchase orders on the Foreign and Local Vendors as well as follow up with the logistics team.
Generating work Orders for fabrication team for in-house fabrication of materials, Preparing Material Movement request for deliveries based on the Inventory list and coordinating with the warehousing team for efficient delivery of material.
Prepare Minutes of Meeting, weekly sales report and Monthly report to achieve the forecasted sales.
Create actual project billings, project expenditure and project cash flow against the project budget and forecast. Provides assistance in the project budget reconciliation process.
Prepare letters, Invoices and coordinate with the customers for payments. Knowledge of bank guarantees and letter of credit.
Work with Project Manager to continuously improve process, maintain projections of staff workload, approve timesheets, track project progress, and communicate upcoming events.
Work closely with the Project Management to build annual budget plans and actively participate in developing monthly/quarterly forecasting.
Perform administrative functions and provide administrative support to the project team.
Project Management Office (PMO) coordination and administration assistance for project management team within implementations.
Maintain proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team along with handling petty cash vouchers and stationary items.
*Directed business outsourcing operation:Development of vendor base, Monitoring/maintaining scope of services and business relationships.
* Supported customers with general end-user inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner.
*Performed critical issues when additional assistance was required by referring user problems to senior analysts, specialists or supervisors.
*Managing and consulting of contractual agreements with vendors.
