•Asset Management - Insurances, Inventory and Disposal, and Fieldwork monitoring to branches.
•In-charge of the QMS Process for Asset Management, Accreditation and Evaluation of Suppliers, Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Facilities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates/Monitor or oversees:
•Housekeeping service, function rooms and security of property and building.
•Cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
•Office lay-out, rental agreements, utility contracts, office furniture, fixtures and equipment are consistent with the organization policies and procedures.
•Building facilities including lighting system and other power distribution devices, telephone and data communication system, generator sets, air-conditioning system, overhead water tanks, garbage collection, sanitary and drainage system, firefighting equipment and facilities and other installation in the building.
•Coordinate logistic requirements for events held outside the organization.
•Monitors, coordinates and ensures that all repairs and servicing request including complaints are immediately addressed.
•Monitor insurances, contracts, permits are not expired.
•Ensures that facilities or equipment and properly maintained and inventory of fixed assets is being done according to schedule.
•Monthly consolidation of reports.
Check Summary of attendance and encode income and deductions to payroll.
•Prepares salary every payroll period (15th and 30th of the month).
•Prepares mandatory dues such as SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and Withholding Tax
charge of: Payroll Head Office, Zenvida and Region 3, Mandatory-Government Dues and
Employee Loans
In-charge of over-all operations of the branch.
•Conduct trainings and center visits to client.
•Disbursement of loan releases.
•Prepare monthly reports and other reportorial requirements.
•Monitoring and validation of Centers and Clients.
•Process Government compliance and courtesy call to LGU’s.
