Work Description
• Provide IT Support to AMC’s client and one time client.
• Reformat, troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop.
• Installed, configured and Troubleshoot printers.
• Installed wireless router, Access point and switches.
• Installed, configured and support POP3, IMAP for MS Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013 and 2016 client email.
• Performed preventive maintenance to all AMC client twice a month to ensure all workstation are safe against viruses and systems are run smoothly.
• Maintain and administers AMC’s client server (win server 2008 and 2012).
• Installed and configured NAS Drive.
• Troubleshoot LAN and internet connectivity failures.
• Installed various application depends on client request.
• Maintain and administers client email (CPANEL MANAGEMENT).
• Installed windows 7, 8, 10, 2012, 2016 and MAC.
• Configured auto backup weekly in all the AMC’s client files.
• Created Jobcard report after all the jobs done performed during clients visit.
• Maintaining good relationship to the client.
• Subcontract IT support in Airbus for 6 months. (August 2017 - February 2017).
• Implemented and Administer PFSense Firewall.
• Implemented and Administer Watchguard Firewall XTM 330 and XTM 25.
• Implemented Remote and Routing access services (VPN server) using windows server 2008 for Satellite office of the company.
• Implemented VPN tunneling to interconnect the network to other branch dealer’s network.
• Daily monitoring of IPVPN connectivity and each user’s bandwidth utilization to ensure no intermittent occurrence on connection.
• Update/Add routes on the routing table of the router if there were other branch requesting to connect on the company’s IP Phone and Video Conference network.
• Analyze and troubleshoot desktop LAN/WAN connectivity failures.
• Monitor internet bandwidth utilization for latency, high network traffic and ISP outages.
• Responding to inquiries of internal customer (like. Manager, supervisor and team member) and satellite office staff to provide technical assistance and support.
• Performed daily backup of Company’s database systems.
• Administer and Manage Company’s Systems including Satellite offices (Peachtree Accounting System, Inventory Management System (IMS), Vehicle Inventory System (VIS), Payroll Management System (PMS) and Biometric System).
• Configure, Monitor and administer infrastructure (e.g. firewall, modem, switches, router/wireless router, access point, patch panel, ups, cables, server racks, IP phones, printers, print server, servers, and desktop/laptop.)
• Create Technical Evaluation Report when issues arise and send it to IT Supervisor and discuss a better solutions and recommendation.
• Install, configure and support POP3 for MS Outlook 2003/2007 client email.
• Performed quarterly desktop/laptop preventive maintenance.
• Performed quarterly inventory for all IT Equipment.
• Secure all computers from viruses.
• Create weekly report list of software and hardware daily problems then submit to supervisor for documentation.
