• Quantifying all equipment’s and devises for submittals (TAKE OFF QUANTITIES) for consultant review and approval.
• Prepares technical submittals for all materials prior for procurement.
• Receiving & checking of material quantity/quality during delivery.
• Prepares material inspection receiving report (MIRR) for consultant inspections.
• Prepares hold point release in daily site activities.
• Prepares and giving instructions to draftsmen during Shop drawings for consultant review & approval.
• Supervising electrical & instrumentation works at site.
• Giving instructions of work assignment to electrical foremen to be followed in the next succeeding working days.
• Making Technical Quarry (TQ) to consultant whenever encountered conflict among BOQ, project drawings and RC specifications.
• Supervising all electrical instrumentation works at site. (e.g. construction of electrical traffic duct
banks, excavation of cable trenches, laying of HV/ LV Cables, termination & splicing, grounding system
works, erection of GRP/ HDG lighting and traffic poles, installation of cobra /flood light type lighting
fixtures, Cable marker post, Traffic signal heads, controllers, loop detectors, fixing Load break switches
(LBS), Unit Substations (USS) Switch racks, Lift stations, etc.
• Testing and commissioning of the completed works
• Estimating all electrical construction materials and designing of distribution pole structures.
• Maintaining substation equipment’s and devices, In-charge in trouble shooting for any faults occurs
