Checking and evaluating material submittals of the suppliers/vendors
(company profile, compliance statement, catalogues, schedule of equipment) and others as per drawings and specifications for Project Consultants Approval.
Check/review sub-contractor shop drawing before submitted to consultants for approval.
Check and update drawings / electrical load calculation as per approved mechanical/electrical equipment’s load.
Supervised progress to ensure assigned work is completed in accordance with the drawing
and specification /detailed standard and prepared daily written works report.
Prepare material take-off and quantify of materials installed in the project.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
Check/review subcontractor monthly billing/progress report.
Material take-off as per drawing and as per the project specification.
Responsible for review, checking tender documents such as scope of work, bill of quantities, drawings and specifications. (Saudi Aramco / SABIC / SASREF Projects)
Quantify bill of materials as per the design drawings, specifications and the scope of works, such as
MV/LV Switchgears, Transformers, RMU, Package and Unit substation, Panel board, lighting fixtures, wiring devices, grounding & lightning protection, cables and low current & telecommunication systems as per drawings, specifications/details and scope of works.
Prepare and sending inquiries for materials/equipment to suppliers for quotations.
Prepare scope of works, lists of major equipment/materials.
Prepare project analysis, material cost/variation and computing of materials cost estimate as per the complete quantity taken in the tender BOQ/ drawing to be price up.
Prepare technical query to the designer/consultants for any discrepancy on drawings, specifications and the scope of works.
Prepare and update discount sheet as per the use quotation.
Attend Job-Explanation Meeting and site visit for Saudi Aramco/SABIC/SASREF projects.

and project specification for Procurement recommendation.
In-charge in quantifying electrical works such as Switchgears, Panel board, lighting fixtures,
wiring devices, grounding & lightning protection, cables and low current & telecommunication
Systems as per drawings and specifications/details.
Prepare and sending inquiries for materials/equipment to suppliers for quotations.
Prepare scope of works, lists of major equipment/materials.

Duties / Responsibilities:
In-charge in installation/supervision after receive daily work assignment from site engineer, review
and assess manpower needs and allocate tasks to team leaders to ensure effective use of resources.
Provide and prepared of necessary materials and equipment that needed on scope of work and also,
a permit to work on restricted area.
Supervised progress to ensure assigned work is completed in accordance with the drawing
and specification /detailed standard and prepared daily written works report.
Coordinates with QC/QA to arrange the schedule of inspection for the work completion.
Prepare material take-off and quantify of materials installed in the project.
