• Answering high volume of telephone calls promptly and efficiently; provide information to routine inquiries or route calls to clients and suppliers.
• Writing correspondence, quotations and inquiries
• Prepare invoices and work done certificates
• Transmitting and tracking of courier documents and small & big shipment (Local and International)
• Making Commercial Invoice and packing list of big shipments.
• Take messages for unavailable employees and communicate the messages to the proper person in a timely manner.
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
• Purchasing office stationary. Maintain appropriate supplies for office requirements.
• Request for quotations for Stationary Items, follow up delivery and receiving the items.
• Making Requisitions in the ERP System and knowledgeable in ERP System.
• Prepare requisition and purchase orders for office stationery. Follow up orders.
• Distribute faxes internally and post mails.
• Help in preparing online medical application of the employees
