Manage the overall project implementations for BMS intelligent system products by Toshiba Corporation, Japan, in the Middle East, Africa and Asian sub continental regions right from the pre technical sales stage of the project to the closure of the project implementation.
Manage scope, budget, timeline and deliverables during the e-Commerce portals development process. Mitigate risk across tasks. Monitor the client relationship and oversee the implementation of the project from signing of the MOU onwards. Work with development partners and internal teams to create detailed and accurate project descriptions, estimates, functional and technical specifications, schedules, timelines and status reports throughout the development process.

* 10 years of experience in IT industry, having successfully managed and implemented 14+ projects worth more than USD0.85 million, resulting in cost savings of over USD2.7 million to the organizations in the first year of implementation.
* Automated HR and Finance related processes, enabling 450+ users in 8 of the group companies to place online requisitions for advances, loans, leave, clearance slips, recruitments and appointment letters, Letter of Credit, bank guarantees, etc resulting in flexible approval based process, cost savings, tracking of various users requests and a paperless environment.
* Blackberry Project - Initiated, managed and implemented a common, Enterprise Blackberry solution for 11 Domino servers catering to 950+ users in the group of companies located at various locations throughout the UAE..
* Initiated, designed, managed and implemented highly flexible electronic faxing systems with the facility to modify and streamline the approval process depending on the needs of the various companies of the group and departments in each company, on an on-demand basis of the respective company management. On an average the faxing systems in the group delivers 2500+ faxes per day, making it one of the most critical communications channel between the group companies and their respective customers and suppliers.
* Trained 400+ employees on Basic and Advanced Lotus Notes Application in a span of 8 months
* Automated the process of inventory management for systems and software licenses in the group of companies.
ROLES - Team Leader, analyst, designer and developer
* Developed B2B and B2C e-commerce portals using solutions such as IBM's Web Sphere Commerce Suite 4.1 and Net. Commerce 3.2
* Experience in full software development life cycle including requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing, implementation, technical documentation and maintenance of systems.
* Worked as configuration manager, system analyst, team leader and Project Manager on Lotus Domino and Websphere projects.
