Manage end-to-end leasing operations including unit availability, pricing, renewals, and contract execution
• Coordinate lease documentation through Ejar and ensure regulatory compliance with local authorities
• Handle tenant onboarding process including contract signing, payments, move-in coordination, and handover
• Monitor lease expirations and proactively manage renewals and retention strategies
• Liaise with corporate clients, brokers, and individual tenants for inquiries and negotiations
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, unit status, and leasing pipeline reports
• Coordinate with finance regarding invoicing, rent collection, and payment follow-ups
• Support unit inspections (move-in/move-out) and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams
• Track market trends and competitor pricing to support leasing strategy
• Prepare leasing reports for management (occupancy rates, vacancy analysis, revenue tracking)
• Handle tenant concerns related to contracts, amendments, and legal documentation
• Ensure smooth communication between leasing, property management, and facilities teams
