Senior Quality Control/Quality Assurance Engineer
• Acting as Quality Lead Engineer for DGDA project (DD-2021-154) DIRIYAH NORTH JABAL AL QRAYN CULTURAL DISTRICT PROJECT
• Reporting directly to the Project QA/QC Manager, Project Manager and Project Director with regards to Quality Issues and Non-Compliance Report.
• Preparing and Reviewing all submittals such as:
Method of Statement
Inspection Test Plan
Pre-Qualification
Material Approval Request
Material Inspection Request
Test Reports Log
• Reviewing and preparing responses for the Proposed Actions and Closed Out for the following:
Site Surveillance Reports (SOR)
Non-Compliance Reports (NCR)
• Preparing Work Inspection Request (WIR)
• Directly coordinating with Consultant’s QA/QC for all submittals and Closed Out
• Attending Test with the Consultant in the approved Third Party Laboratory
• Attending Weekly Progress meeting and QA/QC Meeting
• Making sure all the drawings received are all approved before Site dissemination
• Coordinating with all Engineers for all Documentations, Quality Reports etc.
• Checking all the Drawings as per Approved, FCD, DCN and with Disposition as approved by the
Consultant
• Coordinating with Sub-Contractor and Suppliers for any QA/QC Documentation needed for submittals
• Knowledgeable in ACONEX Oracle System
Quality Control/Quality Assurance Engineer
• Acting as Quality Lead Engineer for two DGDA Sites (DD-2021-102 & DD-2021-148)
• Reporting directly to the Manager with regards to Quality Issues and Non-Compliance Report.
• Doing Reports, Certificates, and other necessary Documents for Quality matters.
• Making sure all the drawings received are all approved before Site dissemination
• Preparing Inspection Report Form
• Coordinating with all Engineers (working in two sites) for all Documentations, Quality Reports etc.
• Checking all the Drawings as per Approved, FCD, DCN and with Disposition as approved by the
Consultant
Document Coordinator
• Maintain and operate filing system and making sure documents are correct and accurate
• Keeping documents organized and up to date.
• Managing office supplies and supervising data entry personnel as well
• Coordinating with the Consultants for all submittals
• Knowledgeable with ACONEX System
• Coordinating with concern Department in which the Documents needs to be submitted
• Knowledgeable of all requirement and schedule of submittals which is required by the Consultant.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance Engineer
• Conducting joint Inspection with General Contractor and Client Inspector
• Acting as Quality Lead Engineer for four Riyadh Metro Sites (1B2, 1C3, 1C4 and 1D2)
• Reporting directly to the Manager with regards to Quality Issues and Non-Compliance Report.
• Doing Reports, Certificates, and other necessary Documents for Quality matters.
• Making sure all the drawings received are all approved before Site dissemination
• Preparing Inspection Report Form
• Coordinating with all Engineers (working in four sites) for all Documentations, Quality Reports etc.
• Checking all the Drawings as per Approved, FCD, DCN and with Disposition as approved by the
Consultant
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement
tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests,
returning products for re-work, confirming re-work.
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying
with legal regulations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests,
rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
Quantity Surveyor / Billing Preparation ( Sub - Contractor )
Assigned at Service Marche’s Department which deals with Sub-contractor’s Billing/Invoices
Preparing the Billing of Sub-contractors
Every Sub-contractor has its own assigned Bill of Quantities, before making situation, we are responsible of assuring if every BOQ correspond to the contracts of each Sub-con
Preparing Regularization for all Additional and Excess Quantities. Unit Prices of Additional Quantities to be checked by Procurement first
Coordinating with Procurement regarding Bill of Quantities, Change Orders and other documents needed for the Contract
Approved Drawings for each claimed is being checked also. It is also included as a requirement before finalizing the Billing
We are checking also the Approved Quantities from the Consultant as a comparison for us to know which item already exceeded the quantity from the BOQ and those quantities not included.
Coordinating with Site Responsible especially Engineers Assigned and Project Managers for the approved quantities to be stated in the Billing
Quantity Surveyor / Billing Preparation ( Suppliers )
Preparing the Billing of every Suppliers
Requiring each suppliers to submit all necessary document needed; Delivery notes approved and received by Site Responsible
Coordinating with Procurement for the Bill of Quantities of each Suppliers. BOQ should should comply the Approved Work Order for each Supplier
Debit and Credit Preparation
Receiving and preparing Debit and Credit coming from Site Coordinator and Cost Control Department
Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for the Debit and Credit of each Sub-contractor
Secretarial Job
Working with the Department Manager with all Clerical and Administrative Works
Dealing with Telephone calls and E-mail Enquiries
Creating and Maintaining filing Systems
Scheduling and creating agendas and taking minutes of meetings
Organizing and storing various documents and computer-based information
Preparing and checking Timesheet for the Employees only under the Department
Document Controller
Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving
Ensure proper document control support is given to each project
Ensure all templates used with the Department conform to the company standard
1. Analyzing of plans

7. Preparing Material Request and Purchased Orders
1. Processing of the materials to be ordered to the major supplier. Preparing Purchased Orders (P.O.) and quotations.
2. Making follow-ups of all the purchases, schedule of pick-ups and deliveries.
3. Monitoring the availability of the materials for every supplier and at the Central Warehouse.
4. Updating of all materials and tools available at Central warehouse by the used of Database.
5. Conducting inventory of the stocks remaining and making reports for the available materials at the central warehouse.
6. Preparing and filing all essential documents like Purchased Order form, Material Requisition form, Tools Requisition form, Travel Request form and Approval receipt for incoming and outgoing materials.
7. Making appointments and Meeting of current and new suppliers.
