• Furnished engineering hand drawings of isometrics of obsolete spares when outsourced at European principals and advanced mathematical calculations of design requirements of “Byham” Depth gauges at foam tankers
• Managed a team of 135 foremen, mechanics, drivers and operators to manage repairs & scheduled equipment service at workshop and on-site

• Accomplished design & manufacturing of a cooling tower utilizing local and cheap resources to make up the oxygen plant requirements of cooling water
• Led a team of 12 to install, commission and operate an Oxygen plant producing 150 cubic meter/hour of high purity oxygen gas of a cooling tower while implementing several optimization techniques
• Initiated cost savings of 35% through materials localization, innovative solutions to welding problems in joining metal alloys, verification & prediction of cost effective cabling size of main electrical power lines, competent leak tests and trainings of newly employed operators
