Need to stay constantly updated about Market changes and trade plus Competitors activities in general and thereby comparisons on their strengths & weakness.
Follows up with Customers to ensure satisfaction with services offered.
Hold presentation to promote product (Courier) marketability.
Actively supports & involves in company recreational activities.
