□REVIEW Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan, Method Statement, Material Technical for approval/Material Inspection Report (RFI) and Specification/codes.
□Monitoring and Administering the QA/QC Plan or Program and ensuring incorporated material on construction project is in compliance with the plans and specifications.
□Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
□Witness during Soil Investigation/Drilling with sample taken, access road, structure pad, drilling foundation up to concreting 1st stage and 2nd stages (re-bars, formworks of Leg foundation on Tower Structure alignment/grounding cable of electrical up to Erection of Tower Structure Inspection/Documentation/Audit and up to hand over completion of project.
□Check the Concrete Design as per client approval, concrete sample cubes for 7 days and 28 days, Temperature of concrete, slump test and attend for compression strength test and documented.
□Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes and workmanship in the project work.
□Attend of meeting Construction/QA-QC issue external and internal
□ Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
□ Coordinate with the Site Consultant’s Representative and Site In-charge Engineer for inspection and meeting about quality problems including issued/ closure of Non-Compliance Report to the Contractor.
□Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements (5-STAR Implementation).
□Check the elevation requirement as per approved drawing for concrete and structure together with survey group.
□Review/check the alignment of steel structure from material handling, sequence for erection procedure, alignment of structure per tolerance, bolting inspection.
□ Check all calibration certificate for all tools/equipment for steel structure and civil.
□Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
PKG#4 IGHC, GOSP-3 / Tower Line Erection -ARAMCO Project
□Ensure construction work is performed and completed in accordance with contract documents.
□Monitor contractor's quality process, and coordinate field sampling and testing for verification of quality results as needed.
□Prepare daily inspection reports, daily construction progress photographs and other quality record as required.
□Observe and document safety performance of the contractor. Include safety observations.
□Assist Resident Engineers and Office Engineer in verification of quantities.
□Planning/Resolve construction issues.

□Responsible and witness for inspection of Piling load Test, Excavation, Rebar/Concrete, Backfilling, Soil Compaction Test, Sample taken for 7 days and 28 days cubes, Tensile Test for Rebar, Integrity Test and Material Receiving Inspection with proper document.
□File and kept all inspection document as QA Standard.
□Direct coordinate of Project Consultant/Sub-Contractor about daily Quality status and attend weekly/monthly meeting.

4, EPC Project (QGPC-CONNOCO PHILLIPS)
□Responsible for all QA/QC Civil/Steel Structure Inspection and related activities.
□Check and review the Quality plan, ITP, Method Statement, specification/codes for the proper construction and quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are with in the standard and approved by client in conformance to applicable drawings and specification.
□Conduct of final inspection with owners representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection and testing procedures(ITP).
□Conduct for inspection of Steel Structure from Padding plate leveling/alignment of structure (horizontal and vertical) Grouting up to curing compound method.
□Responsible of Inspection for Compaction test, Backfilling, Formwork/Reinforcement rebar, concreting-sample taken for 7 and 28 days, attend for concrete crushing in laboratory with documented, Building, manholes, catch basin, ditches, asphalt and concrete paving including sewer/drainage system.
□Keep and maintain all document for future purposes.
□Prepare Punch-List through checking and identifying areas requiring modification of additional work and with those in contradiction assist in the resolution.
□Involve also for 21 days Tie-In (SHUT DOWN) in NGL-3 of Package test document preparation / inspection witness and submitted to Client for acceptance.

□Conduct self in appropriate manner as a representative of the owner working effectively in a diverse work environment.
□Review/Check of Inspection Test Plan, Project Quality Plan, Specification, Method Statement including change orders relevant to the tasks to be performed.
□Review and Familiarize all relevant Code requirements and reference standards.

□Ensure that the company policies and procedures are maintained and implemented at all times, whilst continuously seeking ways to improve refine and modify procedures.
□Review/Evaluate of Plan drawings with Bill of Materials/Specification and Procedures correspond to the up-dated revisions and changes had been implemented as required to maintain a balance technical consistency against actual work condition.
