As a Ward Assistant, I do responsible for the provision of administrative and clerical functions such as encoding, records keeping, filling, information dissemination, and supplies requisition and custodianship, in support of nursing services performed in the wards.
I do the following tasks:
•Answering all incoming calls.
•Managing all outgoing & incoming correspondence, general secretarial duties.
•Processing and transmitting information to the staff and to other organizations.
•Sending email to the respective dept. for all the incoming and outgoing documents.
•Responsible in handling fax for all incoming and outgoing documents.

Execute special orders for items that are not in stock or that we do not carry
Call other stores when necessary to find items in stock
