1. Responsible in preparing of the reports regarding inventory, filling and safekeeping of all documents for inbound and outbound of all materials. Encoding the
transactions for receiving and dispatching of all stock in the warehouse. Monitoring of all critical stock and all incoming shipments we will receive.
2. Supports the warehouse Supervisor for the Planning of Daily Activity Operation like stock arrangement, Warehouse space compressing and receiving and dispatching activity.
3. Coordinates with the Logistics Coordinator and Issuing of Bad Order Reports for the discrepancy in the shipment received.
4. Facilitating the Cycle Count Activity and prepares the Inventory Summary Report to be submit to my Immediate Superior.
5. Prepares the Credit and Commercial Invoices for the Billing with our clients and make constant follow up for the releasing and signatures for our collection.
1. Responsible in making of Daily and Month-end and comparison report pertaining to Cash Sales, Stock Inventory, Petty Cash Flow, Expenditure, Bank Deposits, and Accounts Receivables.
2. Safeguarding of all company assets.
3. perform field marketing to increase the customers and sales of the company.
4. Collecting payments (Cash And Checks) and deposit it to company account and make monitoring report for post dated checks and statement of account to each of our cliets.
I'am a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy specialized in Financial Statement, Auditing , General Accounting and Inventory.
