Facilities and Property Management, attending all Property & Facilities
complaints for more than 100 properties of MH Almana Holdings. Quality Control
and site Supervision for Villas & Flats Renovation including all kinds of repair
works within the area of responsibility. Supervised all respective Supervisors and
make sure to deliver the required Renovation on time before the handover date.
➢Receives and attends complaint requests from Call Center, manpower deployment and ensuring that works are carried out according to company standard.
➢Conduct site inspections to ensure works will be completed as per given schedule.
➢Coordinates with MEP Engineers for complaints regards with their expertise.
➢Assists in taking-off of site measurements and checking of such measurements on site.
