Position: Senior Merchandising and Supply Chain Executive
• Reporting directly to the Merchandising Director and managing the multi-brand section of our Dubai, Beirut, and London operations for high fashion brands such as Missoni, Chloe, Elie Saab, DVF, Y-3, Isabel Marant, Furla, Paul Joe and Monica Vinader, among 200 other brands in our portfolio

Merchandising and Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management:
• Communicate with the brands and follow up with their representatives for orders, bookings, invoices, payments, shipments.

• Provide analysis reports to achieve business mark-ups, including liaising with buyers, brand and assistant merchandisers to ensure mark-ups are achieved.
• Provide sales & promotions Support (Stores & Outlets) - Prepare line list of promotion / municipality list as per guidelines set by line manager. Analysis - OTB analysis / by brand / by category / by product / by size, etc. to identify merchandising SWOT.
• Generate delivery reports - Summarize weekly delivery updates; resolve concerns raised by assistant merchandisers & buyers to expedite deliveries and highlight difficult issues.
• Prepare Consignment Returns list / Returns - Coordinate with buyers / suppliers / stores / to facilitate return GRN / arrange credit notes
• Gather information from section managers on customer preferences and buying behavior
• Work with store managers and section managers to optimize the merchandise and brand mix and add/remove/replace categories/brands.
• Responsible for all levels of stock control from receipt of the initial order to delivery at store level.

• Responsible for the negotiation of and control of supplier delivery windows. Providing reports of delivery windows and order status on a regular basis to key departments including accounts, logistics, stockroom, store managers.
• Work closely with the buying team to develop range plans and produce range reviews.
• Improve management of supply chain by constantly negotiating preferential rates with suppliers. Providing sell thru reports when necessary. Liaising closely with suppliers to promote and ensure strong relationships are maintained.
• Product analysis by department, brand, style, colour, size to enable accurate feedback for buying and reordering as well as forecasting for budgets and future sales and growth.
• Work closely with accounts, logistics and stockroom to ensure the smooth running of the business, especially supplier payments, debits and credits, shipping details as requested by logistics and also ensuring clear and correct deliveries are received by the stockroom and dealing with any discrepancies.
• Re-ordering on basics and repeats.
• Ensure regular competitor and market analysis is carried out by the shop floor but price comparisons then need to be analyzed and necessary action taken with the buying team, supplier, accounts and stockroom to ensure that all competitors are in line.
• Conduct cycle counts.
• Perform merchandising analysis by category and product with the aim of understanding sales trends and send to brand and internal head of department

• Actively collaborate with all division teams (Buying, Retail planning, E-Commerce, ERP) in order to build the most efficient season product strategy.

E-commerce:
• Resolution of non-online concerns; coordinate with buyers for lists exclusive to markets / web / locations / positive negative adjustments / fixing gaps between Magento E-commerce system & Navision etc. Uploading of GTIN/ EAN / UPC codes.
