Support and follow up the day to day Sell-Out with the Retailer and Sales Consultants within the assigned region. Focuses on field and accountable for all aspects and daily management of the Consultants. Develop, recommends, and implement strategies to improve sell out and look for opportunities in helping to achieve their target.
An overall responsibility for number of stores allocated works closely with Site Managers, Team Leaders and other Senior Managers. Includes but not limited working with staff in maintaining standards of Customer Service in providing training and development. I am working on and setting up targets and lead Sales opportunities to drive the Sales and Team Performance and provide a supportive environment within the team and lead initiative for Seasonal events in its execution and the stakeholders.
Conduct orientation, coach, train, and expand division directors and associates in implementation of every day tasks. Facilitate correct communication among division sales directors and the buying office concerning relative shopping analysis, slow and fast selling classifications and styles, adjusting and planning stock levels, and client requests. Make strong customer base through successful promotional advertising. Manage sales contests to accomplish objectives recognized through the corporate office. Accomplishment of store sales targets for every lines of business counting satellite, wireless, Internet. Conducts sales floor education to make overall store output
