Directly coordinating with incoming and outgoing ship supervisors as regards and tallying of loading & unloading cargo.
Ensures personnel are adequately trained and competent to carry out their duties and are made fully aware of hazards and that new employees do not undertake any task without appropriate induction training and instruction.
Ensures that all work activities are carried out by the correct method and with the correct tools and equipment.
Updates Project Manager/Operations Coordinator as to the status of the vessel on daily basis.
Responsible for ensuring all lifting equipment used, Well Stimulation equipment and operations have appropriate certification and competent personnel undertake lifting operations in accordance with appropriate lifting plans.
Co-ordination and supervision of the employees on site while performing the job and assuring compliance with COMPANY safety requirements.
Accurately and objectively reports job quality and crew performance. Takes appropriate action to correct less than good performance.
Ensures that a report is completed for all accidents, potential accidents, "near misses" or dangerous occurrences and that all such incidents are fully investigated, and any remedial action recommended preventing a recurrence is complied.
Conducts pre-job briefings prior to all well stimulation service activities.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
