Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities include:
1- The Plant: including production processes, production control, production planning, & RM. Stores:
- Employ, train & manage technical staff to make sure that all production & planning programs are conducted in the most effective & efficient way in terms of quality & cost
- Monitor, review & develop work instructions & SOPs to maintain & enhance the overall performance in terms of productivity, waste %, cost, & quality of products
- Take the needed actions to ensure & guarantee the availability of the human recourses, raw materials & maintained machines & the most suitable tools.
- Introduce clear personal KPIs for each key members & departmental KPIs to enhance the teamwork & to achieve the corporate objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of the people, machines & departments, & take necessary actions in case of low performance.
2 - Pre-Press & Design Department:
- Design development & modifications
- Design review for new orders to comply with operational requirements
- Design verification for the new orders to comply with customer requirements & design confirmation.
- Digital proof & cylinder proof verification & approval.
3 - QA Department
- Ensure the implementing of IMS effectively including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
- Ensure the maintaining & continually improving the performance of IMS through:
- Make sure of measuring & improving customer satisfaction.
- Make sure of responding to the CC. & resolving problems & their root causes effectively.
- Make sure of taking C&P Actions to resolve any problem & its causes
- Make sure of conducting internal audits
- Make sure of conducting Simi Annual management review to the IMS & recommend improvements.
- Make sure of documents & records control
4 - QC Department: ensure & guarantee the effectiveness & the efficiency of
- Raw materials inspections.
- In-process materials inspections.
- Finished products inspections.
- Control of nonconforming materials.
5 - Occupational Health & Safety Department: Ensure & guarantee the effectiveness & the efficiency of
- OHS & Environmental Monitoring and measurement
- OHS & Environmental objectives, targets, & programs.
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
- Risk management & risk mitigation
- Environmental aspects identification & determining significant environmental aspects
- Identifying operational control for the significant environmental aspects
- Evaluation of compliance with the legal requirements
- Emergency plans & respond to the emergency situations.
- Fire Alarm System & sprinklers
- Firefighting system, manual fire extinguishers, hydrant system.
