Works Involved (Project management- Construction & Installation )
Coordination to meet requirement in all aspect at different stages of project
Liaising with the Authorities such as Asghal, QP, LUSAIL to ensure compliance with Standard construction regulations and by-laws.
Execution in equipment installation and safety arrangement for resources and materials
Coordination with manufacturers and subcontractors in achieving effectual monitoring in project development
Coordination of various activities with design, engineering, testing and Commissioning departments
Following up the status of submittals and approvals

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly status reports, as built drawings, material requisitions.
Coordination to meet requirement in all aspect at different stages of project
Execution in equipment installation and safety arrangement for men and materials
Coordination with manufacturers and subcontractors in achieving effectual monitoring in project development
Coordination of various activities with design, engineering, testing and Commissioning departments
Providing proper feedback on project requirements, status and progress with regards to project schedule.
Attending meetings on site
Following up the status of submittals and approvals
Leading & directing for all electrical systems installation on site
Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring resolution
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
Project site analysis
Proper work measurement as per drawing
Coordination with civil& mechanical functions on daily basis to resolve any interface issues
Maintain records or proper filing of documents related to LT& HT works
Suggest alternatives and ways to improve functionality and optimise cost to contractor
Assist contractor in weekly or monthly meetings with engineers and civil contractors
Execution of installation as per target timelines

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 132/11kv substation projects
11KV Switchgear Installation Coordination
Supervision : 11kv Switchgear Control cable glanding & termination
Substation Earthing Installation and Contact Resistance Measurement
Cable management System: Cable ladder installation & cable laying
LVAC Panel installation & coordination
Control panel installation and coordination
HV cable laying and termination
Worked as operator in 110KV substation KERALA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD.
WORKS INVOLVED:
Operation and maintenance of all types of HT and EHT equipments in substations.
Operation and maintenance of SF6&vaccum circuit breakers.
Operation and maintenance of potential transformers and current transformers.
Leading & directing Testing and commissioning all electrical systems.
