A graduate Diploma in Safety and Health, and bearer of 14 Jurisdiction Certificates. About more than 06 years of experience in the field of Construction Safety (more than 05 years in the Oil & Gas sector). Presently working Petrofac which I supervising/ monitoring many Multi International Contractors’ HSE teams working for In saleh gas project. Trained Contractors’ safety officers in the Construction field by demonstrating cases on ground of best safety practices and good economic sense to improve their competency and performance while doing continuous evaluation of conditions and activities at work site.
Successfully improved safety within Multi International Contractors working for Petrofac within In Saleh Gas projects (e.g., ENGTP, ENGCP, CSSI, KCA, BONATTI, etc.) during my service with Petrofac. Reduce incident/ accident rates in most cases to minimal. Change people’s behavior and attitude towards safety from management level to employees, and achieve a positive commitment to the way people think about safety. Produce effective Safety, Health & Environmental programs for individual companies. Committe project management teams to effecting and eliminating hazards/ risks. Ensure progressive motivation and continual safety training within the workplace. Identify common elements of success within the workplace and benchmark successful companies. Review HSE Policies and Procedures/ Manuals, Emergency Response Procedures and advise to improve, where required

Carrying out site safety inspections.
Making changes to working practices.
Ensuring the safe installation of new equipment.
Identifying probable risks.
Giving advice on safety matter to senior managers.
Ensuring that all safety activities are appropriately documented.
Promoting and developing a positive and proactive safety culture.
Providing training, assistance and mentoring to team members.
Giving high quality responses to regulatory queries.
Keeping abreast of Health & Safety legislation.
Responding quickly to any emergencies.
Advising on the purchase of safety equipment.
Writing up accident, injury and property damage reports.
Presenting information to top management and public groups.
