Responsible for managing the overall maintenance and performance
of equipment and facilities of the terminal which could be onshore
production terminal or vessel.

Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Manages and controls the daily activities of Maintenance
Technicians
• Ensures all maintenance work is carried out in a safe manner
• Co-ordinates the planning and implementation of
maintenance work ensuring adequate spares are maintained
• Ensures the effective working of the Permit to Work system
• Monitors equipment and systems to ensure that the required
performance is maintained
• Ensures the plant, processes and equipment are functioning
efficiently
• Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision /
management
• Actively participates in and promotes company health
and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and
always ensures personal safety of colleagues
• Provides support as part of the installation emergency
response team
• Conduct Preventive maintenance on all equipment’s in the
terminal
• Support Operation activities if needed

Position Summary:

Roll out work orders independently regarding trucking and shipping activities, custody transfers and product handling within the shift and to ensure all companies standards are enforced. Strong safety awareness. To work in a 2 shifts patron but flexible to handle 24/7 shipping activities if needed.

Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Maintained work areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition; maintained equipment and tools in a safe and proper working condition; notified appropriate personnel and management of unsafe working conditions.
• Mentor, train and develop (Saudi) Operators to prepare them for position of increasing responsibilities.
• Ensure that the onsite area, berth, and equipment to be kept clean, safe, and tidy by operators as per good housekeeping standard.
• Oversee berthing and unberthing of vessels at jetties and ensure that vessels are properly secured to the jetties.
• Oversee connection and disconnection of marine loading arms and ensure that the marine arms are properly connected before commencement of product transfer.
• Execute independently work orders from the shift supervisor for line ups, pigging, hose connections and blinding of product transfer systems.
• Conduct safety/operations meeting with vessel representative prior to the commencement of loading/discharge operation and monitor for leak and spillage during loading/discharge.
• Execute shore storage tank ullaging, measure temperature, sampling, and water draw-off before and after vessel loading/discharge/ITT/pipeline transfer to and from another terminal.
• Monitor pumps and equipment during loading/discharge for malfunctioning and leakage and ensure that pipeline is fully packed before and after loading/discharge.
• Perform gas test/check for approval of Hot Work Permit, weekly testing of pumps & equipment (e.g., fire pumps, foam pumps, remote control fire monitors and oil spill control equipment).
• Functioning as member of EMT (Emergency Management Team) as peer EERP (Emergency Evacuation Response Plan).
• Assist operations onsite and troubleshooting 24/7 as needed.
• Hands on experience of DCS and ESD operation.
• Check operational work permits onsite, LOTO and follow up companies’ procedure during the shift.
• Execute independently work orders from the shift supervisor for product sampling lines, shore tanks, tank truck and shipping.
• Perform operational routine check.

Position Summary:

Supervise and monitoring of Greenfield project works and ensuring safe working conditions at building site. To represent the company towards contractors and liaise progress and statuses with management. To work in day shift but flexible to handle 24/7 project issues if needed.

Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities;

• Reports with dotted line to Project Manager.
• Functioning as member of EMT as per IRP.
• Expert knowledge on SAT/FAT during Greenfield construction of the facility.
• Expert knowledge in pre-commissioning and commissioning, start-up and shut down.
• Troubleshooting and support during Greenfield construction of the facility.
• Implement and sustain hard-copy technical data filing system with all related documentation in the dedicated data room.
• Implement and sustain soft-copy technical data filing in TMS.
• Follow up punch-list findings including corrective/preventive actions.
• Responsibility for the performance of all inspections and receive of documents during FAT and SAT as per project or order delivery definitions.
• Comply with company’s document control system as per ISO-9001 requirements.
• Ensure proper turnover of complete documentation prior third-party project delivery to company.
• Control and sustain revisions and updates of PID’s, flow-schemes, ISO-metrics and construction drawing during construction.
• Control and field inspection of as-built modifications against current documentation and initiate
updates accordingly.
• Able to overview site construction and get things done by working in a constructive way with Contractors in a safe way without losing scope of budget and target dates in mind.

• Managing and coordination of safe work permits for the Pre-Operational Verification and testing
activities of the Pressure Acid Leach, Leaching, Metals and Refinery Department
• Managing and coordination on safe work permit for operations
• Develop Standard Isolation List with marked up P&ID for maintenance reference and confine
space entry
• Issuing Safe work permit to all activities such as Hot Works, Confined Space Entry, Working at
Height, Excavation and Maintenance of Plant equipment's
• Prepare isolation's, locks, tags, permit documentations and scope of works and execute for
planned work
• Coordinate with Emergency Rescue Plan Team for Confined Space Entry Activities
• Ensure equipment preparation requirements are carried out safely and zero energy tests are
completed as required before the work commences
• Provides coaching, mentors training and assistance to all users of the Permit to Work system
• Ensure work scope are well defined and understood, interacting jobs are cross-referenced and
conflicting jobs are made safe, or suspended
• Verify that all required hazard control systems have been implemented, clearly stated in related
documentation and signed off prior to issuing a permit
• Maintain direct control over all isolation locks and keys associated with lock boxes
• Maintain and properly file all documentation in compliance with Permit to Work System
Record keeping requirements

• Accepts shift from off going Operator with detailed log sheet of operational adjustments and changes during previous shift and hands over job and completed own log sheet in an orderly and efficient manner to incoming Operator.
• Carries out regular and detailed inspection of all rotating equipment used in operations such as, pumps and compressors, etc., as well as static equipment such as towers, vessels, heat exchangers and reactor to ensure accurate and proper functioning of each item independently and in synchronization with other equipment.
• Taking periodic log readings from indicators and gauges or instruments located on equipment in the operating area.
• To man and operate Train 1 / 2 reactor as per procedures laid down on Work Operating Instructions.
• To coordinate with the train 1 / 2 DCS panel technician to jointly operate and monitor the conditions of train 1 / 2 from reactor down to degassing system including all auxiliary equipment.
• Carrying out sampling and required laboratory analysis on various streams and reports results to his supervisor for corrective action as deemed necessary.
• To perform normal or controlled emergency shutdown and isolations of equipment when a problem occurs or during turn around period.
• To ensure availability of activated chromium catalyst and have it fed in the catalyst injection unit (Train 1).
• To ensure availability of SDX catalyst and have it fed in the catalyst injection unit as per Work Operating Instructions (Train 2).
• To ensure availability of reagent 20, CO and H2 feed.
• To perform pre-checks, re-commissioning and start up operations of the different sub-units after clearing upsets and/or turn around.

• Responsible for set up and adjustments of press die in aida forming press machines.
• Monitor and maintain a normal and safe production in production line.
• Set up press die in press machines according to Die Set up Tag.
• Responsible for maintenance of press die.
• Conduct Monthly improvements in production line.
• Conduct Monthly Preventive maintenance of all Aida Press Machines.
• Attend Monthly Safety Meeting.
• Responsible for good production to meet the Monthly target production.
• Report any abnormalities of the machines to the supervisor.
