• Ensuring acceptable customer service levels and proper reporting
• To achieve individual sales by category
• To implement and report 4P objective of the set of outlets/accounts and BDA agreement
• To ensure timely collection of customer outstanding as per the receivable customer ageing report
• Communicating to customer head office for monthly promotions, price changes and listings.
• Competitor Activity reporting
• To ensure proper service level by coordinating with logistics supply chain and customer service for timely delivery of goods to the customer
• To negotiate and agree on store level primary/secondary displays timely and within or over the planned budget
• Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure zero OOS in the outlet.
Develop marketing campaigns, conducting market research, planning for new products, and planning promotional activities
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results.
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing events in the press locally
• Managing customer relationship.
• keeping track on sales from promoters and sales team
• Evaluating market campaign local and international
• Monitoring competitor's activity.
• Assisting MD for meetings including creating reports and power points
• Procuring promotional items
• Helping PRO for government documents
• Meeting with suppliers
• Setting target to promoters including sales team and making sure it's achieved
