• Report, interpret chemical data and adhered strict quality management standards, guidelines and documentation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025-2005, ISO 9001:2008, DAC and ENAS.
• Prepare method validation, uncertainty, accuracy, precision for new testing.
• Report food analysis (nutrition facts, energy, carbohydrates, crude fiber, fats, protein, ash, salts, moisture, etc.) as per AOAC method.
• Report water analysis (pH, alkalinity, turbidity, conductivity, COD, BOD, oil & grease, hardness, ions’ concentrations, etc.) as per British Standard, ASTM, AASHTO and APHA standard.
• Report chemical test of material, geotechnical and agriculture soil (water and acid soluble chloride & sulfate, gypsum, carbonates, organic matter, total nitrogen, etc.) as per British standard, ASTM and ICARDA standard.
• Report test for other construction materials such as steel, concrete, aggregates and cement.
• Communicate with Client’s Representative for LPO, Quotation and Contracts

• Keep inventory of reagents, reference standards and coordinates with Quality Control Department regarding quality standard.
• Prepared lab requisition, Certificate of Analysis and other lab reports.
• Complied under ISO2008:9001 Quality Management System.
• Complied with SOP’s, GMP and HACCP company guidelines.
• Had to supervise costumer chemist’s complaint and inquiries.
• Prepare Monthly Report for Chemical laboratory.
• Responsible for entering worksheet data and create test reports for Soil (Plate Bearing, Proctor, CBR, Atterberg Limits), Aggregates (Sieve Analysis, Fine, Clay Lumps, Elongation & Flakiness), Asphalt, Steel (Tensile, Rebending, Bending), Compaction, Fresh Concrete, Sampling Certificate, Compressive Strength, Grout, and Blocks. Ambient Air (Indoor and Outdoor) Quality, Noise Monitoring, Light Monitoring, and Slack.
• Prepare Special Projects, Monthly Technical Report for Physical and Chemical Test.
• Analyze Project’s Technical Specification.
• Receive samples of Chemical, Materials and Geotechnical from Testing Location.
• Receive and check completed worksheet from Lab.

• Assist Logistic Section on Sourcing Suppliers locally and overseas including the Request for Prices and lead times.
• Responsible for the quality Inspection of all items (sample and finished goods).
• Monitor the Sample and Production Cost and Lead time and distribute all necessary information with the whole group.
• Provide Daily Modification by checking CCAR - BE Daily Capacity Modification for Assembly and Test & Finished (TnF) product.
• Trained to generate Daily Modification Reports (MP Checklist for Upside and Downside) to the Materials Planning section.
• Extracting Data of Dies Availability Assessment.
