• Provides direct administrative and office management support to Sales and Marketing Director, and Sales Team
• Responsible for receipt and processing of sales inquiries from GCC clients
• Creation and maintenance of own database record for CRM and business lead management
• Coordinates with clients and other internal departments related during production to ensure that product quality and specifications are observed
• Following-up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Responsible for preparing the tender submittals (Private Sectors and Government, i.e. TEJARI, Smart Dubai, RTA, DEWA, DHA, MOHAP, UN Market, etc.)
• Invoice generation and issuance
• Generates monthly reports - sales forecast & report, and other reports required
• Prepares promotional electronic media for business development purposes
• Prepares and submits quotations/ proposals for clients
