Responsible of the “day-to-day” operations of the restaurant. Stand (i.e. acts) as the Manager-in-Charge in the absence of the Restaurant (or Unit) Manager.
Trains and develops crew members and management trainees on the restaurant’s operating standards and policies.
Maintains excellent standards of quality, service, and cleanliness (Dave Thomas tips of the year Food Safety).
Ensures that all products are prepared in accordance to set menus that comply with the company standards.
Maintains a harmonious relationship among my Employees and customers
