Prepares Receipt and PCF prior to the approval of the Manager.
Make Quotation to the customers, Purchase Orders, Commercial & Tax Invoice, Packing List & other documentations.
Have basic experience of Dubai Trade Portal documentations & Tasreeh Documentation for Gate Passes.
Prepares statement of account of all Company receivables and advances.
Controlled correspondences and monitored clerical and admin duties.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and others.
Prepares Vouchers and responsible for checks disbursement.
Handling telephone calls, business correspondence, fax messages, internet, email, and all other routine works & time keeping, submit attendance sheet to HR manager.
Do bank transfers both personal and company accounts.
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system, order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Coordinate with Warehouses for inter company transactions.
• Coordinating with Shipping lines on vessel Arrival & DO collection and with discovery for Container delivery & allocation, communicate and receive/send pre-alerts to all stakeholders: shipping lines, airlines, shipping agents, freight forwarders and local customers.
• Prepare documents for import and export of air/sea freight clearance such as AWB, HAWB, Permits, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of ladings, Certificate of Origin etc, to Customs.
