Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
 Attended personal development to stay well informed of Schlumberger Systems and management methods
 Delivered an E-Mail to all candidates, 4 weeks prior to the seminar start date for communicating the current visa
requirements for UAE as well as requesting for documentation and information for those candidates who required a prior
visa to enter into the UAE.
 Reviewed LMS transcript of all school participants towards ensuring achievement of preschool requirements prior to
arrival at MLC; provided copy to the course instructor.
 Collated a list of candidates on Excel prior to the beginning of each seminar; including late cancellations and no-shows
(late cancellations will be tracked by comparing the roster generated 3 weeks prior to the start of the seminar with the
candidate list on day one).
- Used this same spreadsheet to track the processing of candidate visas and the candidate recharge information.
 Maintained:
- Training Recharge Forms and followed up on the non received / incorrect forms along with missing information on
the forms.
 Confirmed the classroom assignments prior to the start of the seminar and check the class suitability against the size of
the class (make any necessary changes as required).
 Prepared the classroom on Thursday before the new seminar on the following Sunday, ensured that the room was tidy,
as well as with sufficient chairs and internet cables in place.
 Laid out a standard student pack at each of the places; organized the distribution of per diem money to the class
candidates on a weekly basis (collect the signed sheets and given to Accounting).
 Updated LMS to track the results of candidates’ examination throughout the seminar.
 Ensure proper closure of courses in LMS.
 Informed MLC administration of any changes in transportation 24 hours in advance, and any changes in lunch times 48
hours in advance.
 Followed up on non-technical seminar feedback (accommodation, transport, food, facilities, etc.).
 Drafted warning and release letters, as per requirements.
 Worked with MLC administration to organize:
- Instructor and training manager seminars outside MLC (liaise with flights, accommodation, car rental, conferencing
