• Oversee, control and supervise the operation of the warehouse.
• Provide the effective implementation and documentation of all stores warehousing activities such as receipts, storage.
• Responsible for the stock accuracy including conducting physical count of items.
• Responsible in preparing GRN and booking of orders.
• Responsible for the receipt, storage and dispatch of all materials, spare parts and other equipment.

• Managing and take responsibility of $50 million worth of equipment and spare parts of the border and maritime surveillance system ( radar and surveillance camera), communication equipment ( Tetra radios ) Surveillance Reconnaissance vehicles of MOI and Border Guard ( Northern Border System ) project .
• Single point of contact for all transport related issues.
• Responsible of all goods stored in the warehouse for all airbus projects and other customers.
• Responsible for the regular inventory including annual stock check.
• Responsible for ensuring that all H&S rules and standard are implemented and followed by team members and visitors.
• Coordinated the efficient and cost-effective flow of warehousing, logistics, inventory, delivery and materials management operations to ensure 100% fulfillment and accomplished
• Review daily sales summary report to ensure the report is correct and accurate
• Continually reviews existing procedures and implement improvement in order to reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Conduct audit together with the sales logistics manager on the performance of the logistics service providers and recommends action plan.
• Submits monthly performance evaluation of warehouse and delivery service provider or the 3PL
• Ensure that effective control is established in various aspects of warehousing -stores /merchandise activities to prevent breakage and pilferages.

• Contacts and accredits outside shop to perform regular preventive maintenance program for company’s vehicles.
