Prepares CAD works for Shop drawings includes interior fit out of Setting-out plans, furniture & Sanitary Fixtures layout, reflected ceiling plans; floor finishes plans, elevations and detailed drawings.
Duties & Responsibilities
CAD works for Construction drawings includes interior fit out of Setting-out plans, furniture & Sanitary Fixtures layout, electrical plans, reflected ceiling plans, floor finishes plans, elevations and detailed drawings.
Coordinate the collection of data and incorporate this information into drawings, create detailed schematics that are utilized in the manufacturing of products and the construction of buildings. Creates and revises production drawings (detail and assembly drawings).
Coordinate with the Visualizer team, material specifications and other design teams to create any required CAD drawings during design stages and with the design manager to maintain them throughout the delivery stage.
Maintain library of drawing files and coordinate document distribution across all stages (design, delivery, and fit-outs)
Ensure that the procedure is properly implemented in terms of filling and documentation.
Assures proper coordination to the general document controller for an updated logs, incoming and outgoing documents hard and soft copies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assigned for the preparation of Drainage drawings, such as Storm Water and Foul Sewer Layout, Profile and Detail drawings, prepare rough & conceptual sketches into legible descriptive drawings. Application & studies of specifications, design sketches and any supporting documents for the preparation of final drawings and shop drawings submittals.
Analyzes and resolved discrepancies by collecting some relevant information, through coordination of construction documents, structural, electrical & mechanical items.
Put records & logged submitted, received/approved drawings for all external technical department, including Shop Drawings, As-built drawings & documents.
Prepares & monitors all drawings that have been given to the site engineers for site implementation but to be reported & checked first by the senior architect.
Prepare and send Request for information (RFI) to the consultant for clarification and verification.
Ensure that the procedure is properly implemented in terms of filling and documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities
CAD works for schematic phase, design development phase, working drawings and design competition. Drawings include new or modification specifically details on architectural plans, furniture layouts, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, and construction plans, interior and exterior elevations, detail drawings and site plans.
Draft architectural and interior esign drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and interior space planning and interior detail such as interior fixtures and specifications working drawings using AutoCAD software.
