- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives and client satisfaction.
-Manage the interior fit out works for shops, restaurants, offices, etc
-Develop a Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms
-Ensure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget
-Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project
-Ensure the proper coordination with all stakeholders
-Ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets without compromising on Quality & Safety
-Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required
-Lead and manage a team of site supervisors to oversee the daily site works and to achieve the required goals
-Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlord/Tenant's Coordinators
-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports

 Coordinating and managing on site construction works and contractors’ works through the project phases.
 Preparing the Daily and Weekly progress reports concerning the project execution.
 Managing Resources Mobilization & allocation through the Project in Field.
 Inspecting the commenced works & validating scope of work fulfilling the requirements.
 Perform the required level of Quality Control & Monitoring the works execution through the construction phase.
 Handling the Labor Development and upgrading program on Site.
 Controlling the time schedule of the work activities.
