Keeping following up with clients after calls, also after closing the deals to maintain good business relation with them.
Building strong database with landlords by managing their properties for rent or sale.
Leading a team of 8 sales and leasing agents.
Lead the team to achieve the target.
Reporting to the MD.

Selling the advertisement facilities from cinemas to malls - events.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet the agreed annual objectives.
Doing the A to Z of sales & marketing with a team of 5 sales consultants.
Supporting the sales team and help them to achieve their individual targets, weekly training sales courses in the office to develop the team sales skills: (what type of questions they are facing, doing live phone calls in front of them, how we take appointments and how we open conversation with the targeted client? - join them in their meetings also take them in mine….)
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, including regular analysis of competitor activity and identifying opportunities for new product development and new revenue streams.
Developing marketing strategy.
Handling several major clients in the market from kahrama (Tarsheed) to ooredoo - Vodafone etc...

Prospect the clients carefully (what they want - what they need? Why they are looking to advertise? Either Fear of loss or looking for more income? Then decide what type of offer suite them …..)
Finalize the deal and make sure everything is well played and reports are ready in perfect way to ensure the continuities of the relation and business.
Report to the GM

Lead the sales team and drive the sales to achieve the targets.
Assist the Director for developing the business to be present in the market.
Selling and renting the properties in Dubai & Abu Dhabi Areas.
Doing the A to Z of sales & marketing with a team of 5 sales consultants
Developing marketing strategy.
Ensuring delivery via effective marketing plans in-line with business objectives.
Drive awarness and engagement with customers to ensure growth is in -line with business expatation.
Attending the exhibitions and the developers like EMAR - Nakheel - Dubai Properties
DAMAC for the new projects and get more contacts and meet owners so we can develop the business

Selling the blocks and the interlocks for the ongoing emirates projects

Selling the hotel events and the rooms
• Selling the hotel banquet areas and bring business (e.g. Conferences, company meetings, events & etc)
Coordinate with agencies and research firms.
Develope relation ships with new and existing clients and provide informations to maxmize sales volume.
