1. Identifying the hazards around the area.
2. Monitors the swimmers and ensures their safety while swimming or using the facilities.
3. Making sure that the pool is well maintained and ready for guest use.
1. Recieved reservations for accommodation from clients, either in person, online or by telephone, fax or email.
2. Take guest details and allocate their rooms.
3. Talk to transport carriers to make and confirm travel arrangements for guest.
4. Informs guest of the hotel/resorts services and facilities, policies and procedures.
5. Provide tourist information to guest.
6. Make reservations for sight seeing tours, restuarants, cinema and live entertainment.
7. Deals with inquiries and requests from guest.
8. Take messages for guest.
9. Finalize guests' bills and issue receipts upon payment.
10. Arranged accommodation for guest traveling to other destinations.
11. Perform cashier duties and exchange foreign currency.
12. Place guest possessions in a safe if requested.
13. Coordinates the cleaning of guest personal laundry, shoe shining and room service deliviries.
14. Follow in-house procedures to help ensure the security of guest and employees.
Recreation Attendant / Lifeguard
1. Knows and promotes all facilities, services and activities offered by the department to guests.
2. Prepares area of responsibility by making sure that all supplies and materials needed for the day are complete and in place, all equipments is safe and in good working condition for guest's use.
3. Meets guests with prescribed service sequence and monitors guest using any facilities and equipment and to detect immediately if assistance is necessary.
4. Promptly administers emergency aid properly.
5. Correctly coordinates proper endorsements.
