$6B refinery and petrochemical complex in Nizhnekamsk, Russia (TANECO/TATNEFT) and a $1.7B oil production
and gas injection facility at the Tengiz oilfield, Kazakhstan (TengizChevroil). Built security functions from the
ground up on both projects; managed physical security, investigations, risk assessments, VIP and government
official protection, and security training for multinational workforces.
