• Assumes the responsibilities of a Document Control Manager;
• Manages the proper and timely flow of documents within the project;
• Supervised the Document Control team in all activities pertaining to documentations and focal point in any issues relating to all the project documents.
• Process technical documents through the Aconex System and ensured that the documents are properly filled-in, including receiving and checking of Documents from the Contractor, uploading, registering and creating of workflow for each document.
• Distribution of Technical Documents to respective Engineers, consistent follow-up to meet the given deadline, and updating of various registries like Technical Documents, RFIs, and Inspections;
• Coordination with engineers and other parties, including designers, client, and contractors;
• Submission of various weekly and monthly reports; wherein I created automatic reports for accurate and fast results.
• Ensuring efficient archiving of both electronic and hard copies;
• Prepares and provides weekly reports related to documentation and KPIs;
• Delegates tasks to the DC team;
• Ensure that all tasks are done in an efficient and prompt manner;
• In-charge of the finalization, circulation, and update of the correspondence registry, as well as monitoring of all outgoing and incoming correspondences;
• Process various reports such as Surveillance Deficiency Reports (SDR), Non Conformance Reports (NCR), Daily Reports, and etc., by utilizing the ACONEX System;
• Ensure that all financial documents for review and recommendation will go through proper channels and be submitted on time for the client’s approval;

Document Controller/ Final Turn-over Documentation (FTD) Coordinator

• Supervise a team in-charge of maintaining the proper flow of all documents, i.e. correspondences, transmittals, shop drawings, design drawings, and engineering documents starting from circulation to signatories up to submission;
• Supervise the preparation of all FTD documents of 119 packages for review, rectification, and submission, as well as the production and organization of its hard copies and electronic copies;
• Monitoring of technical documents/drawings that are subject to approval; coordination with the subcontractors/originator of the document for incorporation of comments and corrections; preparation of the schedule of document submission for client’s approval;
• Coordinate directly with subcontractors, requiring them the submission and necessary rectifications of each document in a given deadline;
• Created monitoring logs in Excel, with automated cells, wherever possible, to ensure the accurate updating of each document’s status;
• Prepare and submit a weekly progress report to the FTD Manager for evaluation;
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing documents, e.g. demolition requests, inspection requests, technical inquiries, and etc.;
• In-charge of the consolidation of Daily Manpower Reports, summarization of the subcontractors’ monthly accomplishment reports;
