Brief job resposibilities:
• To coordinate structure with architectural and MEP requirements. And to liaise among consultants, MEP contractors and to all related disciplines of subcontractors(about 10 nos) to amend or to accommodate the necessary.
• To schedule and monitor timely submission and approval of all structural related shop drawings like PT, precast rebar and structural steel shop drawings
• To liaise between site and consultant for buildibility, for example required connection between slab shear wall due to jump formwork, rebar congestion, accessibility.
• To raise technical queries, from subcontractors/ specialized consultant to main consultant
• To liaise between commercial department and design department for its cost and time implications
• To convene, conduct and minute the meetings among various disciplines weekly. And report to Project director/ highlight in staff meetings.
• To monitor all rebar orders.
• To manage a team of junior coordinators (2nos.) and draft persons(4nos.) under my direct report by training and motivating, assigning and monitoring.
To prepare bill of quantities and Estimation
• Manage a team of draft person for preparing of drawings for municipality submission.
• Co-ordinating with design department, team of draftsmen, site engineers and estimation & variation department. .•To check the drawings against project specifications and Dubai Municipality requirement
• .•Responsible for timely submission of drawings to DM
to prepare Bar Bending Schedules and Shop Drawings.

As Assistant Design Engineer for Consulting Engineering Services (India) Ltd. Responsibilities included for design of various dams:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Structural Design,
2. Hydraulic design
3. Design of the various appurtenant structures
4. Design of residential Quarters.
5. Assisting draftman for its drafting
6. Responsible for drawings submission to CDO Maharashtra Engineering Research Institute (MERI), Nasik
7. Necessary follow-ups and discussions at CDO-MERI, Nasik for its approval.
Project: D.Y. Patel Medical College Pimpri (near Pune), India
• Structural design of various residential, commercial and Educational buildings in Bombay, Pune and interiors of Maharashtra.
