Projects: Universities, Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University ( PNU ) Domestic and International Airports (KAIA), MOI, Palaces and Residential, Haramein, Towers, and Mosques, King Faisal Specialist Hospital (KFSH), King Fahd Causeway, Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment DOKAAE, the Clock Towers.
•Responsibilities include IFM performance management, improvement, and development of hard services Maintenance Management System, Quality Manuals, CAFM MAXIMO applications and Work Control Center (WCC) operations. Performance and risk assessment / Data analysis collected from CAFM. Provide Technical Support to WCC Department in the customization and execution of CAFM applications; establish statistical analysis and decision making reports based on collected data, client requirements, prepare new deliverables for CAFM system.
•Prepare budget and reports for the Technical department Strategic Business Plan of Saudi Binladin Group.
•O&M Technical Commissioning Group representative with Dar Al-Handasah Consultants and Currie & Brown, in the new Masjid al - haram extension contract, action tracker meetings. Focus on BIM integration with CAFM and benefits.
•Review and approve Yearly Preventive Maintenance Master Plan for Hard Services, of King Fahd Causeway roads and buildings in coordination with the Project Manager and the Management of Technical Affairs or Government bodies, consist of 25 km long and approximately 23 m wide series of bridges and causeways connecting Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Prepared proposal to upgrade the traffic and toll system as per client priorities.
•Support the department of studies and business development in tendering, manpower requirements and material, system and asset upgrades for operations and maintenance contracts aligned with client needs as new King Abdul-Aziz International Airport, KAIA and New Doha International Airport NDIA.
•Prepare a thorough proposal for the Facilities Management Services of the First Phase Development of King Abdul-Aziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah, the Terminal Complex, Control Towers, and Supporting Facilities etc… in coordination with BDD.
•Involve in the preparation of the Yearly preventive maintenance PM Master Plans of New Doha International Airport NDIA electromechanical utilities and examine KPIs compliance, penalties and deductions consequences, for Binladin Electro Mechanical BEMCO, sister construction company for the one year maintenance contract requirements.
•Review company Policies and Procedures and recommend necessary actions for performance optimization and improvements.
•Develop and updated the existing Preventive Maintenance Instructions Task Lists for Projects' Buildings and Technical Utilities.
•Develop new Technical Reports and Key Performance Indicators to meet SBG management demands.
•Plan Corrective and Preventive Actions for Major Faults and non-conformance of service delivery.
•Establish new Preventive Maintenance Instructions for new Specific equipment and systems
•Develop new preventive maintenance methodology for irrigation, landscaping and pest control as per SBG USMS requirements and strategic business plan.
•Develop cost effective solutions for routine and daily inspection Maintenance Task List Instructions, and manpower requirements by eliminating overhead man-hours, optimizing budget while ensuring top-notch service.
•Identify weaknesses in MAXIMO CMMS implementations, and recommended the necessary solutions
•Review and Approved Annual preventive maintenance Master Plans and PM schedules for all Projects as for the Campus Infrastructure and Buildings at Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University.
•Manpower training and assessment being Head of Promotion Committee
•Took major role in Inventory control, purchasing and Supply Chain Management for Material Classification and identification of Consumables and Spare Parts requirements in line with Maintenance Master Plans and Work Order Processes.
•Interview and recruit staff for Technical / Hard Services locally and outside the kingdom particularly from Lebanon.
•Develop and prepare the Yearly budget plan, Employees Performance Appraisal and Job Descriptions
•Update Employees Position Levels, Grades and salary scale in coordination with HR department.
•Records, documents control and Technical Library for SBG departments.
