• Hold responsibility of major departments including Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Development, External Audit and Internal Audit.

• Performed Audit on all 27 FNB branches across Lebanon which in turn helped reduce risk and establish better control
• Daily review of bank ledger and profit and loss statement
• Checked all Retail credit loan approvals executed which on average combine to 10 daily approvals
• Performed an audit on credit files: analyzing company financial statements, validating inputted data in the system and compliance with BDL circulars in addition to overview the customer account activity
• Tracked, on a daily basis, adjusted credit interest rates in all FNB branches to ensure that significant rates are approved by the concerned parties
• Reconciled Cash - ATMs - Stamps for all branches (daily average of 5 per day) using FNB MISYS Banking Equation for better control and tracking in case of inaccuracy or fraud
• Tracked, on a daily basis, all dormant accounts movements in all FNB branches in order to protect the clients
• Followed up on all Overdue bills (over a 1 year span) across all branches to make sure that the holder of more than 3 overdue bills will be redirected to the Recovery and Restructuring department if not collected
• Audited, across all branches, the safety of Plastic cards handling and the proper execution of proxies, bankers and certified cheques, standing orders, stop payments and customer cheque books for higher security and quality control
• Tested the security and safety ( intrusion system, fire system, hygiene and organization) across all FNB branches

• Managed all FNB Fixed Assets and reconciled them with FNB MISYS banking system
• Classified all FNB expenses according to their proper type class
• Processed accounts payable, accounts receivable and legal aspects of collections when applicable
• Issued annual reports requested by external auditorsand the Ministry of Finance to check the bank’s asset performance

• Maintained a great sales and customer relationship which was recognized by my superiors
• Suggested new plans that increased sales revenues by 23%

• Rotated across all business in duty free area developing a solid idea on the operational aspect and different types of products in the market
