Maintaining Weekly Balance Sheet and Stock Balance with Amount.
Handling Stores, Proper storage of received materials and issuing to site by entering in to department /site accounts.
Maintaining all kinds of Stores related files and Delivery Order, Sale and purchase invoices files.
Maintaining all Fixed Assets for Plant and Machineries.
Co-operation and controlling of daily delivers.
Supply all materials as per site requirement.
For Authority approval coordinates with “Inspectors”.
Provides feedback to the superiors on the efficiency and conformity of documentation handling.
Materials transport management & equipment handling.
Maintaining all approval copy of materials.
Maintaining Safety Related Items Records and Preparing PPE issue Lst.
