From June 2018 to Septembre October 2020, I was the TUINISAIR Manager for Mali; during this period I developped the scheduled programm from Bamako to Tunis.
•Optimize profitability of network plan;
•Develop Planning schedule;
•Analyse and recommend competitive and profitable network and seasonal flight schedule including destinations, routing, capacity, frequency, flight departure and arrival timings, and aircraft deployment;
•Identify and evaluate new market/route opportunities for expansion and growth;
•Monitor and analyze competitors fleet plan, capacity, network and schedules;
•Develop appropriate strategic and tactical responses to market opportunities and threats;
From September 2005 to September 2011, I was the TUINISAIR General Manager for Italy, during this period I developped the scheduled programm from ROME to TUNIS, growing from a daily flight to a twice daily flight and also from MILAN to TUNIS we moved from a 2 flights a week to a daily flight and finally we added 3 times a twice daily flight a week. We opened a new flight from VENICE to TUNIS, 4 flights a week.
I started in May 2002 as Tunisair Tunis-Carthage Airport Chief Center; I had the responsability of all the logistic for the TUNISAIR flights from this airport; and in May 2003, I promoted to "Ground handling and Operations Manager"
From January 1996 to May 2002; I was responsable of the Navigation and Infrastructure Department; I deal with the Flight Planning; take off analisys; weight and balance sheet for the different type of Tunisair aircraft. That's how I get many aircraft manufacturer specific training course such as Airbus and Boeing.
I have given lessons of operation and avionics, during all these years; at a rate of one day per week at the Tunisian Civil Aviation school for student pilots
IT WAS THE START OF MY CAREER IN THE INDUSTRY AFTER SCHOOL SO IT WAS A GOOD A OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN A LOT ABOUT LITTLE AIRLINE ORGANIZATION, SO I MOVED IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT FROM THE FINANCIAL TO THE MAINTENANCE.
