JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical low voltage panels.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of electrical control panels (GE panels)
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of lighting control system (LUTRON)
• Installation of additional domestic and industrial type socket outlets, Isolators, Distribution panels etc.,
(This includes cable pulling, termination in power panels and installation of 3-phase, 380V/440V outlets)
• Receiving work order for the PPM activities of lighting control system & MCC Panels, Power sub distribution panels.
• Follow complete safety procedures and oblige with safe work permit process.
• Reporting the daily activities to the immediate manager.

• Knowledge about the Lighting Integrated control systems (LUTRON)
• Troubleshooting of electrical control panels.
• Knowledge of studying electrical controls drawings, AS-BUILT layouts etc.
• Knowledge about BMS system & Basic knowledge about PLC's.
• Have work permit process - Receiver card
