Responsible for the integrity of the Saudi Arabian National Guard Communications (SANGCOM) Network utilizing the Element Management Systems in the Regional Control Centre (Eastern Region)
-Operations and maintenance of the Element Management Systems (DMRS, SDH, Crypto DC2K, SATCOM, PABX, SMR, UPS and BMS) to ensure optimum performance of the SANGCOM network at all times.

Working on Zain Telecom Operator Projects in Eastern Region and Central Region this includes 2G, 3G and LTE Huawei BTS installation and Integration.
Manage teams and assign work to field engineers, take care about site TTs and resolve the TTs in given time period, Troubleshoot the site with helping of BO engineers
Prepare PAT documents and visit the site to do PAT as per customer standard
Attend the meeting with customer and arrange all things regarding site HO as per customer standard

Supervise and perform Swap of 3G BTS 3812, BBU 3900, BTS 3900 and BTS 3900L, Sector expansion, RFU Expansion, Perform troubleshooting on site for telecom issues
Commissioning 3G BTS 3812, 3900, BBU 3900 and 3900L
Performing loop back testing, End to end Testing and make cross connections
