• Supervises and leads the ancillary services of Hospitality Services Department - laundry,
housekeeping, kitchen and dietary services, and general services in a day to day operation ensuring a safe,
smooth and cost effective operation that maintains the high quality standards of work outputs
and services while ensuring policies and processes are adhered in meeting the clients and staff’s satisfaction as well as the section and department’s set goal.
Over-all incharge of housekeeping department and laundry.Prepares work schedule to provide adequate coverage for all areas of the center. Daily checks work area to ensure that work quality meets established standards.trains and orients new employee in general cleaning principle for the center. Inspect cleaning equipment in daily basis and report defective equipment to the maintenance. Understands and implement infection control principles and guidelines established related to cleaning solutions, techniques and safe practice
To supervise guest’s floors assign by the Director of Housekeeping
To maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, standard set up by the hotel
To train and correct all staff assigned to respective floors
To ensure that all maintenance faults are reported and follow up done by engineering.
To ensure proper handling and maintaining housekeeping equipments
