• Key Achievements: Acquiring near the Ministry of Water and Electricity an extra OPEX investment of +100 MUSD (e.g. support tools, staff, outsourcing) to achieve growth targets (+250 MUSD sales and collections increase) and oversee the quality of the management operations (e.g. perform real Reading&Billing, implement new tariffs, reduce connections time and improving staff performance)

• Key Achievements: Public divulgation of the projections which involved Macroeconomic, Social and energy dependence areas, projecting a growth of the sector from actual 2 BnUSD to 4.1 BnUSD, actual 36k direct and indirect jobs to 61k and a cumulated energy cost reduction of 2.3 BnUSD
