2. Created a cohort group of Neuroscience patients on 7th IPD by coordinating planned admissions, OT and discharges
3. Contributed to successful JCI accreditation within the department by implementing and organizing staff education program.
4. Reduced the median TAT for cross referrals addressed by neuroscience doctors in IPD through innovative IT intervention
5. Significantly reduced and stabilized patient fall rates in IPD through stringent staff, patient and family education program
6. Improved MRD completeness compliance by dieticians to 100% in Neuroscience ward
7. Streamlined the discharge process in terms of patient satisfaction and TAT for bed availability
8. Repeatedly commended by patients and supervisors for leading an outstanding team of care providers; received consistent mention in care-survey responses.
