 Managed a team of four recruitment coordinators. Also engaged in business development by brining in new customers, headhunting and enabling the team of coordinators to complete the whole recruitment cycle.

Managed a team of 13 CSr for all call centre needs for Zurich financial services

 Handled customer relationship management for Jaldi.com using Talisma. Talisma is an e- CRM tool for assessing customer feedback and analyzing it.
 Was responsible for content development for www.jaldiecare.com. Jaldiecare.com was an ecrm portal of Jaldi e-commerce Pvt. Ltd. It was a part of Jaldi’s diversification attempt into providing Call centre services to its customers.
 Product manager for Jaldi-in-a-box. It was software directed towards small and medium enterprises, which would help them in web enabling their businesses with minimum investment.
 Responsible for co-ordination with various teams for processing the orders received over the site. This involved coordination with the product team, vendors and the distributors.
 Led a team of 8 telemarketing executives for marketing Jaldi.com.
