Assist with heavy packages, coats, suitcase, etc.
To maintain willingness to please attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guest.
To adhere guest on checking in and out procedures pertaining to baggage handling.
Welcomes guest at the main entrance, taking particular note of guests and Priority Club members.
Assist arriving and departing guests.
Guiding the guest to the Front Desk and escorting them without delay.
