Client Qatar National Cement Company Projects handled: Total Demolition of old cement factory at QNCC Plant 01

Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting HSE Manager for all HSE Matters and reporting noncompliance and ensure actions being taken to resolve the issues highlighted by the client representatives.
• Develops and implements comprehensive health and safety strategies for the QNCC Plant 01 Project at AIMTC. Collaborates closely with management to achieve the goal of zero workplace incidents.
• Leads a team of five HSE professionals, conducting a minimum of 15 thorough inspections weekly. Ensures consistent compliance with health and safety standards through rigorous oversight and proactive measures.
• Oversees detailed post-event investigations, meticulously documenting findings to identify potential causes and hazards. Compiles comprehensive reports to inform future preventive strategies and safety measures.
• Determines and implements effective preventive measures by evaluating HSE observations and conducting in-depth investigations. Successfully reduces the occurrence of incidents by 95%, demonstrating a proactive approach to risk management.
• Develops and executes targeted safety awareness communications between employees and management. This initiative has boosted hazard awareness by 85%, fostering a culture of safety and vigilance across the organization.
• Coordinates seamlessly with the loss prevention and operations departments prior to the execution of activities. Ensures stringent compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), HSE procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Conducts and oversees comprehensive HSE training programs for a workforce of 276 staff and workers. Instructs employees in QNCC policies, procedures, and best practices, enhancing their competence and adherence to safety standards.

Client: Shell Pilipinas Projects Handled: Refurbishment of Shell Philippines oil and Gas Refinery LNG e.g., tank farm, columns, heat exchangers and pipelines.

Job Responsibilities:
Vac-tech engages in the business of EPC contracts, erection, construction contracts, and operation and maintenance contracts in Shell Philippines refineries, such as refurbishments of LNG tanks, tank farms, heat exchangers, pipelines, etc. Most of these projects are situated in Tabangao, Batangas City, Philippines. I am directly reporting to the HSE Manager, and my main role is to develop, carry out, and review the following, i.e., the HSE plan, policies, HSE strategies, emergency response plan, incident investigation, training materials, closeout reports, risk assessments, job hazard analysis, etc., and lastly, to coordinate with engineering and operations teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

Client: Lusail (Qatari Diar) & ASHGHAL PWA Projects Handled: Supervision of construction activities for beautification of public places in Qatar, mega infrastructure and high-rise building projects in Lusail Smart City.

Job Responsibilities:

Dorsch Qatar LLC engages in the business of supervision consultancy in Lusail Smart City Projects and general engineering consultant at ASHGHAL-Public Works Authority Projects. I am deployed for the aforementioned projects as HSE Officer/Consultant. I am directly reporting to Dorsch HSE Manager and Senior Resident Engineer. My main role in the project is to supervise the contractor's compliance with the approved OHS-MS; furthermore, when inferiorities are observed during the process of their activities, we coordinate with the respective contractor’s representative, i.e., the site engineer, HSE managers, or even the project manager when it is needed, to discuss the issues observed as well as to recommend mitigation measures in accordance with the contractual obligations as well as the client and QCS 2014 requirements.

Client: Saudi Aramco Refinery Department Projects handled: Refurbishment of oil and Gas Refinery e.g., tank farm, columns, heat exchangers, pipelines and shutdown projects.

Job Responsibilities:
NHC engages in the business of EPC contracts, erection, construction contracts, and operation and maintenance contracts for power, oil and gas, refineries, fertilizers, and utilities plants. I am deployed in Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas refinery projects, which are situated in the western region of Saudi Arabia. I am directly reporting to the project manager, and my main role is to coordinate with the client, carry out TBT, trainings, site inspections, report accidents and incidents, verify PTW, document, and prepare the HSE monthly report.

Client: Harrouge Oil Operations, Zuetina Oil Operations & Arabian Gulf Oil Company Projects handled: Construction & Refurbishment of Oil & Gas Refineries in Libya e.g., tank farm, columns, heat exchangers, pipelines, shutdown projects and onshore drilling.

Job Responsibilities:
VAOS engages in the business of EPC contracts, erection, construction contracts, and operation and maintenance contracts for power, oil and gas, refineries, fertilizers, and utilities plants. I am deployed in Harrouge Oil Operations, Zueitina Oil Operations and Arabian Gulf Oil Operation the projects I have handled is situated across Libyan Saharan Desert. Reporting to HSE Manager, and my main role is to coordinate with the client, carry out TBT, trainings, site inspections, report accidents and incidents, verify PTW, document, Inspect Company Assets and prepare the HSE monthly report.
